TERM AND CONDITIONS:
Deposit of 50% of the total rental price is required , Can be send by bank transfer to BA business account. Cost of bank charges must be completly paid by the client. Paypal payments are also also accepted ( 3.5 % paypal charge excluded ) To avoid heavy bank charges we also accept payment outside Indonesian on our EU accounts and on our Commonwealth bank account for all our Australian clients. Once we send the reservation instructions , your requested villa is temporarily blocked for 48 hours. If we do not receive the required payment or a copy of the deposit payment within 48 hours, we do not furthermore guarantee the apartment’s availability. Payment balance : The payment of the balance must be completed 7 days before day of arrival. ---------------- Cancelation : With at least 90 days notice before the first day of the reservation the deposit will be fully returned if we can rebook your reserved period , except 100 USD that will be forfeit to cover the reservation fees. In case of cancellation with less than 90 days notice before the arrival the client will have to pay the full amount of the booked stay if your reserved period is not rebooked by another client of Bali-arrangements. ---------------------- - Responsible : The group leader, whose name appears in the booking confirmation, is the person responsible in case of any damage. -------------------- - Thefts/damages: For this reason we strongly suggest underwriting a travel insurance. -------------------- Number of people: The number of the people indicated during the reservation procedure cannot be changed during the period of stay. --------------------- Pool security : We can provide on your request a pool fence who has to be verified by yourself on arrival . We do have to inform you that we not take any responsibility of the utilisation of the provided pool fence during your stay. -------------------- ------------------------------- - Privacy: All the customer’s information is strictly private and shall be used only for commercial reasons within the Company limits. None of the personal data provided such as address, phone number, etc will be granted to outsiders, and all the personal data will be secretly treated to ensure customer’s privacy. These booking conditions are subject to the Indonesian Law. In case of any dispute the Court of Denpasas will be the only competent body. We reserve the right to make changes to parts of this document. ---------------------------------------
